A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH
EDEN SYSTEMS INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed EDEN SYSTEMS INC LICENSING AGREEMENT giving
the city the right to use their Business License program including
tax collections, license printing, and business license listings
for a sum of $3,000.00.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council on June __~, 1985.
