RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MUTUAL AGREEMENT
TO TERMINATE CONTRACT WITH CAREYJCALDWELL,CONSULTANTS
Whereas, differences have arisen between the parties
in performance of the Consultant Agreement for Kah Tai Park
dated May 21, 1984, between the City of Port Townsend and
Carey/Caldwell, and each party desires t6 mutually terminate
said agreement, now therefore
BE IT RESOL~ED~jthat the Mayor is authorized and directed
to execute the attached agreement on behalf of the City pro-
viding for mutual termination of the consultan~ agreement
upon-the terms and conditions set forth therein.
Approved and Passed by the City Council and signed by
the Mayor this ;~ day of January, 1985.
