RESOLUTION NO. 85-04
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN ANIMAL CONTROL AGREE-
MENT WITH BAYSHORE ENTERPRISES
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into the annexed
ANIMAL CONTROL AGREEMENT for and in behalf of the City of Port Townsend with
Bayshore Enterprises to issue pet licenses, control animal treatement, main-
tain the shelter, and other duties as designated in the document during the
year of ~985 for a fee of $35,300.
Passed January 15, 1985 by the Port Townsend City Council.
