A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE
CITY TO EXECUTE Aw AGREEMENT MODIFYING TOWNE POINT
PUD PROPERTY USE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of~Por2 Townsend enteredkinto a Property
Use and Development Agreement recorded with the Jefferson
County Auditor on September 14, 1978, and the parties wish
to make certain minor modifications to said agreement per-
taining to the establishment of time periods within which
certain work shall be done, now therefore
BE IT RESOLLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the annexed agreement entitled Extension of Property
Use and Development Agreement for the purpose of providing
stated times therein within which a community center and
a certain street are to be completed in the Towne Point PUD.
Approved by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend
and signed by the Mayor of the City this 5th day of February,
1985.
