A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON
COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the annexed MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT with Jefferson
County to complete the "Port Townsend Beach Enhancement Study"
requiring that the city provide matching funds of $800.00.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on April 16, 1985.
