A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR KAH TAI PARK ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES AND RESCINDI'NGA PRIOR RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council on the I~r~ day of j.~..~.~ , 1985,
passed and approved Resolution No. ~grO~, authorizing the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute an agreement by and between the City of
Port Townsend with the firm of Bassetti and Norton and others for
Kah Tai Park Architectural Services and
WHEREAS said agreement has not been signed by the Mayor and
City Clerk, but has been amended by the firm of Bassetti and Norton,
and said parties desire that the agreement be approved and executed
by and on behalf of the City in its amended form, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. ~$-I~ is here and hereby
rescindi'ng and of no further effect, and the Mayor and the City Clerk
are authorized and directed to exeoute on behalf of the City of
Port Townsend the annexed agreement providing for architectural
services to be rendered to the City of Port Townsend for Kah Tai
Park by the firm of Bassetti and Norton, and others named therein.
APPROVED and passed by the City Council for the City of
Port Townsend and signed by the ~ayor this -7~ day of May, 1985.
