A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR AND CLERK TO
ENTER INTO AN AMENDMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT FOR KAH TAI
PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend has previously entered
into a lease agreement with the Port Of Port Townsend to lease
from the Port certain property in and around Kah Tai Lagoon
for park purposes and
WHEREAS, a portion of the property intended to be leased to
the City by the Port was omitted from Attachment A to said lease
dated ~ ~ l?~- , now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk of the City are here
and hereby authorized and directed to execute the annexed
"Amendment to Lease Between Port of Port~~ Townsend and City of
Port Townsend Dated July 30, 1982,and to cause it to be re-
corded with the Auditor for Jefferson County, Washington.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend
and approved by the Mayor this 16th day of July, 1985.
