A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
WITH THE PORT TOWNSEND ROTARY CLUB
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute
the annexed MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING with the Port Townsend Rotary
Club regarding the upkeep, insurance, and utilities for the park
situated between the existing Peoples National Bank and the Washington
State Ferry Terminal.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council October 15, 1985.
