A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZATING EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION
WHEREAS, bids have been called, and a contract awarded pursuant to
said bids, for garbage collection services for a five year period
commencing January 1, 1986, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with SUPERIOR REFUSE REMOVAL, INC., a Washington
corporation, for collection of garbage in the City of Port Townsend
upon the terms and conditions set forth in the contract documents
contained in the notice to bidders, for a period of five years from
January l, 1986.
