A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A SECURITIES REPURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH SEATTLE-FIRST NATIONAL BANK
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed SECURITIES REPURCHASE AGREEMENT with Seattle-
First National Bank establishing custodial care by the Trust
Division of Seattle-First National Bank.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council November 5, 1985.
