A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH
CLARK ASSOCIATES
BE IT RESOLVED, that;
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute
the annexed ENGINEERING AGREEMENT with Clark Associates for design
work on the proposed Seaview Sewer ULID in the amount not to exceed
$16,000.00 for the Preliminary Phase.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council November 5, 1985.
