A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND ACCEPTING
DONATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend is authorized by
State law to aceept donations of property for muncipal purposes
and ~D~ ~A~L~, ~ /~%~propos~ to deed to the City the
followin~ property, to wi~: ~/~ ~~ ~o~
- WHEREAS the donor's apDraisal has established a fair
market value of the property to be ~.J0;S'~¢. ~ ~ and the City
desires to accept said property from the donor, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City accepts from
~e~- ~O~ the above described property upon execution
and delivery to the City of a Deed subject to no encumbrances
or liens, and its recordation with the Auditor of Jefferson County,
the City to use the same for general municipal purposes, and
further, that the City of Port Townsend extends its thanks and
appreciation to ~:~ck ~ ~~ for this gift to

the City.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend
and approved by the Mayor this 17thday of December, 1985.
