A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH TOWNE
POINT PUD TO MAINTAIN PAVED STREETS SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend, that the Mayor is authorized and directed to enter
into and execute the attached contract with Towne Point PUD
providing for the maintenance of the paved streets of the Towne
Point PUD upon payment of all costs therefor incurred by the
City, and providing for prior deposit of funds to cover said costs.
Approved and Passed by the City Council and signed by
the Mayor for the City this /~ ~ day of ..~ . ~, 1986
