A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
FOR A PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE ON THE JACKSON
BEQUEST PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City has contracted With the Artist to begin
design, development and construction of the Project commonly known
as the Jackson Bequest, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to hire and contract with a
Project Representative to act for and on behalf of the City to
generally oversee the Project and the progress thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Mayor and the City
Clerk of the City of Port Townsend be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Port Townsend the
annexed Agreement, prgviding for Robert Little to serve as the City!s
Project Representative for the Jackson Bequest Project, in accordance
with the terms' and conditions set forth in the annexed contract.
