A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANTING OF AN EASEMENT
BY THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
WHEREAS, Port Townsend Paper Company', Puget Southern
Properties, Inc., and Discovery Timber Company, have requested from
the city an easement for ingress and egress and utilities installa-
tion and maintenance, to run over a portion of property to which the
City holds an easement and has and maintains a water line, now
therefore
BE IT RE~OLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Port
Townsend the attached easement, on the terms and conditions Ret
forth therein.
'Approved by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend on May 20,~ 1986, and signed by the Mayor on May 22, 1986.
