A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN EASMV~NT FOR PACIFIC NORTHWEST BELL TELE-
PHONE COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed EASEMENT granting Pacific Northwest Bell
Telephone Company permission to place underground communication
lines and above ground telephone equipment and cabinets on
city owned property in Block 185 of Estate Addition to the
City of Port Townsend in section 11, T3ON, R1W, WM, Jefferson
County, Washington, a portion of the Spring Valley Golf Course.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on June3, 1986.
