A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH
SUPERIOR REFUSE
Passed September 2, 1986
It was found after the c~uncil meeting that there was no need for an
amendment
to the garbage collectioe agreement with Superior Refuse because the bid
documents provided that the contractor would be reimbursed automatically
for any increase in the lump fees or utility tax.
