A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT
OF ECOLOGY FOR LITTER CONTROL
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS CONTRACT APPROVAL
SIGNATURE SHEET for grant number C0087094 with the Washington
State Department of Ecology for the purpose of purchasing and
placing litter receptacles and removal of litter.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on November 4, 1986.
