A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE OR
DISPOSITION
BE IT RESOLVED, that
The annexed list of property marked Exhibit ~A" from the
Port Townsend Fire Department and the list of property marked
Exhibit "B" from the Office of Clerk-Treasurer be and are hereby
declared surplus and the Mayor i~s hereby authorized and directed
to sell or dispose of them in the form and manner required by law.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council this 2nd Day of December,
1986.
