RESOLUTION NO:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY 0OUNCIL FOR THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A LATE-
COMER UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91
WHEREAS,Run and Sarah Talbert and E~nest Bai:rd have agreed
to construct a sewer line in Kuhn Street from an
existing manhole 257 feet south of 55th St. and in 55th
St. extending 158 feet west of Kuhn St.within Jefferson
County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, they wish to enter into an Agreement with
the City of Port Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as
amended, to provide for payment of the costs of such
improvement, and for them to be reimbursed by subsequent
users or connectors to the system,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the Mayor and
the Clerk for the City of Port Townsend are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City
the attached Latecomer Agreement - Sewer -
providing for the payment of the construction of the
utility line by the person set forth therein, and for
such person to be reimbursed by subsequent users or
connectors into the system, in the amounts and in the
time and manner set forth in the Agreement.
Passed by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend and signed by the Mayor this 17th day of
March, 1987.
