A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN CITY
OWNED EQUIPMENT SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING
IT'S SALE OR DISPOSAL
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to sell at public auction the annexed list of surplus equipment
which is hereby declared surplus. Any equipment not purchased at
auction may be traded or disposed of in the form and manner pro-
vided by Law. The Mayor may set minimum bid limits as deemed
appropriate to insure that the city receives fair compensation
for the equipment.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council this 2nd day of February,
1988.
