A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE PORT
TOWNSEND CIVIC TRUST
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute
the annexed agreement with the Port Townsend Civic Trust to admin-
ister the Litter Control Program and Trash Recpta¢le Grant from the
Department of Ecology, to coordinate the purchase and placement of
directional and parking signs, and develop and implement a plan for
sidewalk repair in the downtown business district for a fee of $5,000
and certain other considerations.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council this
1988.
