A RESOLUTION OF THE PORT TOWNSEND CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH SUTPHEN COR-
PORTATION FOR FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
annexed PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR CUSTOM AND AERIAL CHASSIS with
Sutphen Corporation for the purchase of a Quint Aerial Tower for
$368,478 and a triple combination pumper for $146,452.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council this 16th day of February,
1988.
