A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A FIRE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH JEFFERSON COUNTY
FIRE DISTRICTS
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute
the annexed MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT with various fire districts in
Jefferson County regulating requests for assistance, responses to
requests for assistance, command responsibility at emergency scene,
termination of service, liability, insurance, compensation, equipment
salvage, and modifications.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council this 16th day of FebruarY,
1988.
