A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN A MUTUAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS
WITH JOHN NESSETT
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor be authorized and directed to execute the annexed
MUTUAL RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS agreement regarding the cutting and
removing of certain trees along the Sims Way/ State Road 20 right-
of-way in exchange for a settlement of $250.
