A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 8801-02 from Sharon
Barrea to receive public comments on the proposed vacation of
unopened Virginia Place (formerly Jefferson Place) and the
western portion of Fowler's Park Addition Plaza between the Cook
Avenue and Peary Avenue rights-of-way, on or about 7:45 p.m. on
Tuesday, April 5, 1988, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540
Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this First day of March, 1988.
