A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TONNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 8801-04 from Peter H.
Albrecht & Mary Lynn Anderson to receive public comments on the
proposed vacation of a portion of Copper Street extending 147
feet southwest of the established (pavement) right-of-way of
Umatilla Avenue and lying between Block 10 and Block 21, Plat of
Dundee Place, Supplementary Addition to the Hastings 3rd Addition
to Port To,nsend, Vol. 2 of Plats, Sec. 3, T~p. 30N., Rge. 1N.,
N.M. , on or about 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 1988, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Nater Street, Port Townsend,
Nashington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this First day of March, 1988.
