A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY AND ACCEPT A GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed CENTENNIAL CLEAN WATER FUND REFERENDUM
39 GRANT AGREEMENT with the State of Washington Department of
Ecology to design a secondary wastewater treatment plant as
described in the City of Port Townsend Wastewater Facilities
Engineering Report of October, 1987 for a total project cost
of $619,400 with $309,700 matching funds granted by the
Department of Ecology.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council March 1, 1988.
