A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF JEFFERSON
COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute
the annexed AGREEMENT with the Economic Development Council of Jef-
ferson County to coordinate the planning and marketing services for
the eventual rehabilitation and disposal of the Union Wharf facility,
to update an inventory of existing and potential public and private
industrial properties, and serve as a general research and reference
service for city officers and employees for the sum of $3,000.
