A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, AUTHORIZING A LATECOMER
UTILITY CONTRACT PURSUANT TO RCW 35.91.
WHEREAS, Malcom Cochrane has agreed to construct a~8-inch
sewer line in 15th St. from manhole at alley between Logan
St. and Thomas St. and extending to Thomas St. within the City
of Port Townsend in Jefferson County, Washington, and
WHEREAS, Malcom Cochrane wishes to enter into an Agreement
with the City of Port Townsend pursuant to RCW 35.91, as
amended, to provide for payment of the costs of such improve-
ment, and for partial reimbursement by subsequent users or
connectors to the system,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Port Townsend that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute on behalf of the City an agreement substantially
in the form of'Exhibit 1, attached hereto, providing for the
payment of the costs of construction of the utility line
by the person set forth therein, and for such person to be
reimbursed by subsequent users or connectors onto said utility
line, in the amounts and in the time and manner set forth
therein.
