A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING
A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH
CAPE GEORGE SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed MEMORANDUN OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AND CAPE GEORGE SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1
to treat wastewater for the mutual benefit of both parties.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on April 19, 1988.
