A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING A
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH
JEFFERSON COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AND JEFFERSON COUNTY to treat municipal
wastewater, dispose of septage and landfill leachate, and
reuse sludge to the mutual benefit of both parties.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on April 19, 1988.
