A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor and City Clerk are here and hereby authorized and
directed to execute the annexed FEDERAL EXCESS PROPERTY COOPER-
ATIVE FIRE EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT with the State of Washington De-
partment of Natural Resources pertaining to the use, maintenance,
and protection of all Federal excess property issued to the City
by the Department of Natural Resources under the Federal Property
and Administrative Act of 1949 and Section 7 of the Cooperative
Forestry Assistance Act of 1978.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on June 7, 1988.
