A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXTEND AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PORT TOWNSEND
CIVIC TRUST
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed EXTENSION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREE-
MENT with the Port Townsend Civic Trust to administer the
revolving loan fund program and coordinate the purchase and
placement of signs-in the uptown business district for a
fee of $5,000.00.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on June 7, 1988.
