A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LI-
CENSE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWN-
SEND.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend and its City Council has pre-
viously passed an Ordinance establishing Local Improvement District
No. !, for the development of a sanitary sewer system in the North
and Northeasterly portion of the City, in and near Seaview Estates
and the Fowler Park Addition to the City; and
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer lines planned for installation are
proposed to cross certain property owned by Kurt Lamberton, for
which the City of Port Townsend will seek a sewer and construction
easement; and
WHEREAS, the City presently desires and the Lambertons are
willing to grant a temporary license agreement to the City, its
agents and contractors for the purpose of going upon the property
to perform suvery services; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port Town-
send that the Mayor and City Clerkar~authorized to and directed to
execute on behalf~ of the City the attached License Agreement, pro-
viding for access to the property described therein f~or suvery
services.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL for the City of .~PQrt Townsend on
August 16, 1988, and signed by the Mayor this /~_. day of Septem-
