A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND DECLARING
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS
SALE OR DISPOSITION
WHEREAS, the city of Sunnyside, Washington has offered to purchase
six computer disks from the city of Port Townsend, and,
WHEREAS, the city of Port Townsend has surplus number of disks
because of recent purchases, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The City Clerk-Treasurer be authorized and directed to sell up
to six 6530 Disks to the city of Sunnyside for the purchase
price of $25.00 each.
Passed by the Port Townsend City Council on September 6, 1988.
