A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND DECLARE CERTAIN
FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT SURPLUS
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The annexed list of fire fighting equipment be declared surplus
and the Mayor be here and hereby authorized and directed to
offer said equipment for sale or trade to the highest bidder in
the form and manner described by law.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council this 18th day of October, 1988.

the following list of equipment will become obsolete. Therefore
I request the equipment be deemed surplus, and sold to the
highest bidder after receiving said new equipment.
