A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 8809-01 from R. W. and
Kathleen Bradford to receive public comments on the proposed
vacation of platted but unopened Cosgrove Street abutting Lots
and 8 of Block 6, Pettygrove's First Addition, to within ? 1/2
feet of the pavement of developed Cosgrove Street. The Hearing
will be conducted on or about ?:45 PM on Tuesday, December 6,
1988, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street,
Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by t~e Mayor this First day of November, 1988.
