A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND DECLARING PROPERTY
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE OR
DISPOSITION
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
One 1979 Datsum Pickup, ID#HLG62041700~ is here and hereby
declared surplus and the Mayor and Equipment Department are
hereby authorized to sell or otherwise dispose of the vehicle
in the form and manner perscribed by law.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on December 20, 1988.
