A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGREE-
MENT WITH ALADDIN MOTOR INNS.
WHEREAS, the City of Port ToWnsend has issued Conditional Use
Permit No. 587-01, to Waterbury Manaqement, Inc., and its successors
in interest, Aladdin Motor Inns, which is undertaking the project
pursuant to the terms of the Permit, and
WHEREAS, a survey of the property has shown that the property is
approximately 10 feet shorter than originally represented, such that
the landscaping strip required by the Permit must be located within a
portion of the City right-of-way, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend
that the attached License Agreement be and the same is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute the same
on behalf of the City, providing that the Conditional Use Permit
holder, Aladdin Motor Inns, be allowed to landscape a 5-foot strip of
Washington Street, subject to the conditions and terms set forth there'
in.
PASSED by the City Council for the City of Port Townsend January
10, 1989, and signed by the Mayor that date.
