A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH U S
WEST COMMUNICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed PRIVATE LINE TRANSPORT SERVICE AGREEMENT
with Pacific Northwest Bell Telephone d.b.a. U S West Commun-
ications to maintain guaranteed rates on special service lines.
PASSED this 17th day of January, 1989.
