A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
SIGN A CHANGE ORDER TO THE HANDICAPPED
IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH REIJNEN
CONSTRUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute
the annexed CHANGE ORDER #2 for the Handicap Improvement Project with
Reijnen & Co. to modify the elevator pit concrete construction for
the additional cost of $4,365.60.
PASSED this seventh day of February, 1989.
