A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT
TO AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HILL
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed AMENDMENT NO. I to the Standard Agreement
for Professional Services with CH2M Hill Northwest, Inc.
increasing the scope of work as described in a letter dated
January 19, 1989 and increasing the budget from $102,167 to
$114,456.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on February 7, 1989.
