A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor and Fire Department are here and hereby authorized
and directed to sell eight air packs to Fire District No. 5 which
are hereby declared surplus. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed
to receipt the funds from this sale against expenses which shall
be incured in account No. 010.06.522.200.64.675.
PASSED by the Port Townsend City Council on February 7, 1989.
