A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
WASHINGTON CITIES INSURANCE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed CONTRACT with the Washington Cities Insurance
Authority which will include the city in a Group Retrospective
Rating Plan for a one year period beginning April 1, 1989,
PASSED this 21st day of February, 1989.
