A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN PORT TOWNSEND CIVIC TRUST
AND THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed~to execute
the annexed PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT with the Port Townsend
Civic Trust to provide certain services to the city as part of the
Port Townsend Main Street Project for a fee of $12,000 during the
year of 1989.
PASSED on April 4, 1989.
