A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR VACATION OF A STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public
hearing on Street Vacation Application No. 8903-03 from Bob
Murray to receive public comments on the proposed vacation of
that portion of platted, unopened alley extending from platted
Cliff Street westerly to the Olympic Gravity Water System
easement The proposed vacation would consist of the entire 15
foot width of the alley right-of-way. The hearing will be
conducted on or about 7:45 p,m. on Tuesday, May 16, 1989, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend,
Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and
approved by the Mayor this Eighteenth day of April, 1989.
