A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN A DESTRUCTION AGREEMENT
WITH SEATTLE-FIRST NATIONAL BANK
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to execute
the annexed DESTRUCTION AGREEMENT with Seattle-First National Bank
allowing registered bonds to be destroyed in compliance with city
policies and state law.
PASSED this 18th day of April, 1989.
