A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH CAPE
GEORGE SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor and City Clerk are here and hereby authorized and
directed to execute the annexed CONTRACT FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT
AND DISPOSAL with Cape George Sewer District No. 1 for a reserva-
tion of 110,000 gallons of septic tank effluent per day capacity
in the secondary treatment plant for a fee of $308,000 less a
percentage of grant money received.
