A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
SIGN AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE JEFFERSON
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
BE IT RESOLVED, that:
The Mayor is here and hereby authorized and directed to
execute the annexed INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT PORT TOWNSEND COMMUNITY
CENTER with the Jefferson County Commissioners providing for the
necessary distribution of cost to finance the unfunded portion of
the Port Townsend Community Center with City contribution not to
exceed $25,000 per year for twenty years.
